As the project manager for Bloom, a beauty event celebrating self-care and skincare innovation, I managed the entire process from concept to execution. Over three months, I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the event. My role included developing the creative theme, designing visual materials, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure every detail aligned with the brand vision.

I supervised logistics such as venue setup, product displays, guest experiences,and live demonstrations. Additionally, I managed event promotions across social media and email marketing, creating engaging content to drive attendance and brand awareness. On the event day, I led the team on-site, solved unexpected challenges in real-time, and ensured everything ran smoothly.
